Crownwood Club is an exclusive golf destination located in Ängelholm, Skåne. The facility features an 18-hole course and an 11-hole course of international top quality. Our concept combines first-class golf with world-class service in an international environment. After our first open season, we are now continuing to develop the business and are looking for more employees for our Outdoor Golf Operations team.

Job Responsibilities

As a seasonal employee in Golf Outdoor Operations, you are an important part of the guest experience and primarily work outdoors. Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming members and guests
• Preparing, setting up, and taking down practice areas
• Presenting and managing golf carts
• Performing range work
• Providing shuttle service
• Ensuring that outdoor environments and facilities maintain high standards

The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues in golf service and other departments.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and enjoys working outdoors and in a team. You have a professional demeanor and an interest in creating positive experiences for our members and guests.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Driver's license

Preferred:

• Experience in service professions
• Interest in golf or golfing
• Experience working in an international environment

Employment Conditions

• Employment type: Seasonal employment
• Extent: Full-time (100%)
• Employment period: March 1 – October 15
• Working hours: Varying working hours, weekend work included
